After submitting your form, you'll receive an email (don’t forget to check your spam folder) from us notifying you we received your form.

3) Application Review & Invoice

We’ll review your application and send an invoice with your payment plan upon approval.

4) Secure Your Spot & Confirmation

Pay your deposit to lock in your spot. After, you will receive an email confirming your spot on the trip.

5) Get Trip Details

Once confirmed, your client portal will be activated and we’ll send everything you need to prepare.

6) Pack Your Bags

We want you to feel confident in your retreat plans before making any commitments. After our initial discussions, we’ll put together a free proposal featuring 3-5 destination options, complete with hotels, activities, and key details.

From there, you’ll select your top three, and we’ll craft a customized itinerary to help you compare and choose the best fit for your team.

Once you’ve gone through our proposal, you can decide if you’re ready to move forward. If so, we’ll finalize things with a simple agreement and a small deposit to get started.

Next, you’ll share your top location preferences, and we’ll get to work negotiating the best rates and terms. From there, we’ll refine the itinerary and budget to create a retreat experience that aligns perfectly with your vision.
